Così è andata a finire che ho fatto un cuscino! Ovviamente autunnale. Lo schema è da Waxing Moon Designs, anche se io l'ho fatto a colori invece che tutto nero. Di solito non amo la tela aida ma in questo caso tinta col caffè non è malaccio :)

So I made a pillow! The chart is from Waxing Moon Designs, but I used some color instead of total black. I don't like aida very much, but this time coffee dyed it seems not bad :)

Così adesso possiamo spegnere la luce e riposare un po'.

Beh sembra davvero che l'autunno sia già arrivato...

Così vi faccio vedere qualche altro lavoretto a tema. Questo schema è davvero stupendo e l'ho trovato qui. Io ne ho fatto un sacchetto.

Ho realizzato anche una zucchetta in stoffa con il gambetto vero, con tanto di pipistrello e stella ruggine.

And here is a fabric pumpkin with real stem, a bat and a rusty star.

Cinnamon Pumpkins

Biscotti??? In realtà questi non sono edibili ma profumano divinamente :) 
La ricetta è semplicissima: cannella in polvere e succo di mela. Le dosi indicano una quantità pari di cannella e succo, in realtà io non ho mai misurato ma versato il succo a occhio fino ad ottenere un impasto facilmente modellabile. Ho realizzato delle piccole zucche e poi visto che mi avanzava della pasta...fiocchi di neve alla cannella da conservare per l'inverno (inoltre gli ornamenti realizzati con questa pasta durano per anni!!). La pasta asciuga all'aria e mantiene sempre il profumo. 

Cookies??? These are not edible, but divinely scented :)
The recipe is very simple: cinnamon powder and apple juice. Add juice to cinnamon until you have a moldable dough. I made small pumpkins and with the remaining...cinnamon snowflakes to preserve for winter (they will last for years!!).
